Associate Director, Technical Product Management-Enterprise Resilience Center Operations

Merck seeks an Associate Director of Technical Product Management to define and drive the technology vision, roadmap, and delivery for a new Enterprise Resilience Center supporting 24x7 risk monitoring and crisis response. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable product solutions and overseeing implementation across IT, security, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise resilience center technology
- Translate enterprise resilience objectives into actionable product roadmap aligned to risk reduction and business value
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather, refine, and document requirements, use cases, and implementation materials
- Lead product planning for foundational technology components, integrations, and data sources supporting real-time monitoring
- Oversee testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness while establishing metrics for adoption and operational effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years product management, business analysis, technology delivery, or related experience
- Experience defining product requirements and managing roadmaps in complex enterprise settings
- Demonstrated ability to partner across technical and business stakeholders on technology delivery
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience supporting software implementations, system integrations, or digital workflow design
