PURPOSE OF YOUR JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RN / LPN Supervisor The RN / LPN Supervisor oversees the facility staff education program including planning, implementing, directing, and evaluating the education program based on identified resident/staff needs, Federal, State, and Local regulations. Also, maintains the confidential health records or all employees to include physicals, immunization status and TB screening. Reports to the Director of Nursing
