Commercial Flooring Project Manager
Fort Worth, TX | Multiple Locations Across the US
About the Opportunity
We're partnering confidentially with an established commercial flooring contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Flooring Project Manager to join a growing team.
What You Can Expect- Established commercial flooring contractor with a strong industry reputation
- Diverse commercial project portfolio including healthcare, education, hospitality, multifamily, corporate interiors, retail, industrial, and other commercial construction
- Opportunity to manage projects from award through closeout
- Collaborative partnership with experienced estimating, operations, and field teams
- Strong relationships with installers, suppliers, and general contractors
- Modern project management technology and software
- Stable backlog with long-term career growth
- Leadership that values communication, accountability, and professional development
We're interested in experienced commercial flooring professionals who enjoy leading projects, solving problems, and building long-term relationships with clients and project teams.
Experience may include:
- Commercial Flooring Project Manager
- Senior Project Manager
- Project Manager / Estimator
- Operations Manager
- Commercial Flooring Superintendent
- Assistant Project Manager ready for the next step
Experience with platforms such as Procore, RFMS, MeasureSquare, Bluebeam, FloorRight, Monday.com, JobRunner, Callidus, or similar construction software is valued but not required.
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive base salary ($90,000–$140,000+ depending on experience)
