Company Driver (W-2) : Earn up to 56 CPM with competitive starting rates based on experience. Enjoy solid weekly miles (typically 2,700–3,300), flexible home time that rewards longer runs, and the freedom of running all 48 states with no forced NYC dispatches. Drive late-model Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals fully equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and inverters while cruising at a comfortable governed speed. Requirements
- Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
- Must be able to pass a road test
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
