Now Hiring: Laboratory Technician
Are you a hands-on lab professional looking to grow in a dynamic R&D environment? We’re seeking a Laboratory Technician to support material testing and innovation for FOAMULAR products at our Foam R&D Lab in Tallmadge, OH.
• Industry-focused lab role (no medical lab experience required)
• Contribute to real-world product innovation
• Work in a team that values safety, precision, and collaboration
Execute ASTM/ISO-based materials testing
Prepare test samples using lab tools and machinery
Maintain lab equipment and ensure calibration
Use LIMS to manage test results and procedures
Author SOPs and JHAs, drive safety compliance
Support innovation and share best practices
• Associate degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of lab experience
• Experience with LIMS, SOPs, or JHAs is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and team-driven
Note: We are not seeking candidates with medical laboratory backgrounds.
