Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience with general musculoskeletal evaluations and plan of care development preferred.
• Experience with patient documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with payer guidelines required.
• Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling as related to outpatient populations preferred.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and provide student supervision as needed preferred.

• Shift: 5x8 schedule.
• Duration: 13 week assignment.
