As a PRN Home Health Speech Therapist at Inspired Homecare, you will have the freedom to set your availability and schedule visits with your patients accordingly, while collaborating with a team of supportive healthcare professionals. Responsibilities • Set your own availability and schedule visits at patients’ homes. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. • Provide tailored speech therapy to help patients regain communication skills and independence. Requirements Current license and/or certification as a Speech Therapist issued in Illinois. Minimum 1 year of home health experience. Valid CPR certification. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Familiarity with Home Care Home Base software is preferred.
