You are: A workforce reinvention leader who balances thinking and doing while originating opportunities with clients across Accenture’s offerings while connecting outcomes and value creation overall. You know that the world is changing and that companies need to change too – connecting business and talent strategies at a global scale. You seek to understand client workforces and help them reinvent how work gets done—moving from analysis to action, from insight to implementation. You leverage AI and analytics to craft talent strategies and new skilling approaches that fit a client’s unique needs. In fact, your experience in the field makes you a leader that people look to for advice while your people and storytelling skills mean you have no problem helping clients understand their choices. The work: Lead and drive client engagements using analytics to drive insights and design end-to‑end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide, Business Unit, and Support Functions. Lead engagements to design data collection and assessment approaches to identify AI and automation impact on roles, task‑level opportunities for Human+Machine collaboration, and transformation pathways for organizations and individuals. Lead cross functional teams and alliance partners through experience‑led approaches to understand clients’ business goals, future workforce aspirations, and digital disruptors to co‑create Workforce Reinvention Roadmaps. Work with c‑suite clients to craft workforce reinvention strategies that highlight future role and work implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce. Work with c‑suite leaders to co‑create AI‑enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment, creativity, and exceptions while machines handle routine processing and pattern recognition. Lead strategic relationships with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to design solutions that reshape how work gets done across human and machine workers. Create enterprise‑wide reinvention conversations that connect workforce transformation to business strategy and value creation. Work with c‑suite clients to design change programs that move organizations from analysis to action—helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended human‑machine teams. Partner with Alliance & Ecosystem Partners including, but not limited to those providing Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to accelerate workforce reinvention and solution design. Lead authentically and with a people‑first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity. Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow. Lead and drive business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, and opportunity origination. Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, capability development, recruiting, and whitepapers. Travel: This role typically requires 60‑80% travel to client sites, with flexibility based on project needs and client preferences. Here’s what you need: Minimum of 4 years of experience in four or more of the following areas: Human Capital Strategy, Talent & Workforce Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning, Future Workforce, Talent Management Lifecycle, AI‑Enabled Workforce Reinvention, Workforce Reinvention, Digital and Cloud Workforce Transformation, Functional Workforce Transformations (e.g.; IT, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing), Architecting Value. Minimum of 6 years of consulting experience or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or capital markets. Minimum of 2 years of experience developing talent strategies and transformational programs. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in cross functional teams composed of Strategy, Consulting, Technology and Operations practices in shaping and delivering Reinvention opportunities with clients. Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI and automation technologies (Gen AI, agentic AI, RPA, intelligent automation) and their application to workforce reinvention. Bachelor’s degree. Bonus points if: Experience in other related areas such as Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Employee Experience, Transformational Change Management, Culture Change, and/or Agile Organization Development. MBA or graduate‑level degree in Business or related talent/workforce related field. Track record leading enterprise‑scale & adoption programs or Human+Machine workforce changes design with measurable business outcomes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Proficiency with data visualization applications (Tableau, PowerBI). Proficiency with AI enabling interfaces and platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini). Proficiency with prompt engineering and context engineering to build AI outcomes into workflows, coach others on improving their engagement with AI, and manage ethical and meaningful AI enabled outcomes. Experience using data management applications and/or languages (Altryx, Python, R). Strong organizational and analytical skills.
