All hits will be reviewed during the compliance process and cannot be screened prior to signing.Fingerprinting: If fingerprint results are not received by the compliance file due date, candidates will be pushed back at least one week. Please note, at this time only 25 states outside of Minnesota can perform LiveScan prints for this background check. If candidates are not within driving distance of a LiveScan location, they must travel to one or to Minnesota to get this done. These must be done as soon as possible, as results can take anywhere from 1 day to 3-4 weeks, and candidates will not be cleared to start unless fingerprint results are on file. This is a Minnesota state requirement with no exceptions.
