What You’ll Be Doing You will master every aspect of our business through a blend of technical work and retail management: Technical Mastery: Fabricate custom hose assemblies and become a trusted expert in hose technology. Store Operations: Manage inventory levels, handle parts counter sales, and maintain a brand-consistent facility. Customer Excellence: Solve complex problems for our customers, ensuring every contact with Colliflower is a win. What You Bring to the Table Mechanical Aptitude: You like figuring out how things work. People Skills: You are personable, professional, and can communicate effectively with everyone. The Hustle: You are a self‑motivated "self‑starter" who handles multiple tasks without breaking a sweat. Physical Readiness: Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and a willingness to travel regionally to various store locations. The Essentials: Valid driver’s license (good driving record), reliable personal transportation, and a High School diploma/GED.
