We’re seeking a Floating Leasing Professional to support four apartment communities throughout the Indianapolis area. This unique role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting leasing operations wherever you’re needed most. Whether you have multifamily leasing experience or come from a strong sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service background, we’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing As a Floating Leasing Professional, you’ll provide leasing and operational support across multiple communities while delivering an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. You’ll: Welcome prospective residents and conduct engaging apartment tours. Build relationships through prompt follow‑up, professional communication, and confident closing techniques. Guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring applications and lease documents are accurate and complete. Support move‑ins, lease renewals, resident communications, and day‑to‑day leasing activities. Assist with vacation coverage and provide additional support to communities based on business needs. Partner with onsite teams to achieve occupancy goals while maintaining outstanding customer service. Utilize property management software to manage prospect activity and resident information. Adapt quickly to different communities, teams, and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism. Communities You'll Support Astoria Park Salary and Benefits

What We're Looking For Previous leasing experience preferred but not required. Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or property management encouraged. Yardi experience is a plus. Strong communication and relationship‑building skills. Excellent organization and follow‑through. Comfortable working independently while supporting multiple teams. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work locations. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned communities. Why Morgan Properties?
