Lead Service Electrician – Residential Service $60,000–$100,000+ | Company Vehicle | Health Insurance | PTO | Paid Holidays | Performance Bonuses

Mister Sparky is looking for an experienced Lead Service Electrician who takes pride in their work, knows how to troubleshoot residential electrical systems, and can confidently take care of a customer from the moment they arrive at the home through completion of the job.

We're a locally owned residential electrical company focused on one thing: making homes safer through reliable, high-quality electrical solutions and an exceptional customer experience.

We're looking for more than someone who can simply complete an electrical installation. We want an electrician who can diagnose problems, identify safety concerns, communicate clearly with homeowners, present solutions, perform quality work, and help set the standard for the electricians around them.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Service Electrician, you'll:

• Run residential service calls and troubleshoot electrical issues
• Inspect residential electrical systems and identify safety concerns
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to homeowners
• Provide customers with options using straightforward, upfront pricing
• Complete electrical repairs, upgrades, and installations safely and professionally
• Determine materials and equipment needed to complete jobs efficiently
• Maintain accurate job documentation, photos, and customer information
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle
• Follow NEC requirements, local codes, and Mister Sparky safety standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Help train and develop apprentices and less-experienced electricians when needed
• Take ownership of your jobs and help maintain a high standard of workmanship across the team

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 3+ years of residential electrical experience
• Has strong residential troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Can independently run service calls
• Understands residential electrical systems and current electrical codes
• Communicates professionally and confidently with homeowners
• Takes pride in clean, code-compliant workmanship
• Is comfortable explaining repair and upgrade options to customers
• Can lead by example and help develop other electricians
• Has a valid driver's license and an insurable driving record
• Can successfully complete required background and drug screening
• Is authorized to work in the United States

Compensation

$60,000–$100,000+ annual earning potential, based on experience and performance
