Financial Analyst

Own and maintain the company’s lease accounting data and related processes Review, input, and validate lease information across domestic and international entities Test reporting accuracy, controls, and system processes on a regular basis Prepare accounting entries and quarterly and annual lease disclosures Update internal accounting policies related to lease standards Support documentation and testing of internal controls over financial reporting Perform and document annual goodwill and intangible asset impairment analyses Support SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and related disclosures Assist with company wide statutory reporting requirements Prepare statements of cash flows and key financial statements Analyze financial statement accounts and operating results monthly, quarterly, and annually Projects and Cross Functional Support Support financial systems projects, including upgrades, reporting development, and testing Assist with monthly close process improvements and documentation updates Partner with FP&A and other headquarters teams on ad hoc initiatives Contribute to AI driven enhancements in reporting and financial processes What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with global teams and external auditors Preferred Experience Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Exposure to lease accounting, financial reporting, or SEC filings Experience with process improvement or systems driven projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
