Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence. You'll skillfully navigate challenges, ensuring individual performance and overall unit success. Job Requirements Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience. One (1) year of leadership experience. Education: BSN or equivalent education and experience. Licensure: CA RN License BLS - American Heart.
