Required Skills/Qualities - At least 2 years of experience as a Server in a fine dining or high-volume restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage pairings, with a passion for hospitality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Well-organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate order-taking and service execution. Active team player with a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities - Provide attentive and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through the menu and specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions and modifications are noted. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining proper service etiquette. Anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless dining experience from start to finish. Maintain a clean and organized service station, including polishing glassware and silverware. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely order execution. Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling guest inquiries professionally. Follow and execute all side work lists provided by the company. Assist in table maintenance, including clearing and resetting as needed. Support other team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
