This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role responsible for converting qualified prospects into retained clients. The ideal candidate brings a proven consultative sales background, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to guide emotionally sensitive prospects through a confident, informed decision. Compensation- $50,000 annual base salary Performance-based bonus structure directly tied to closed retainers Realistic on-target earnings of $100,000–$150,000 overall OTE for top performers Employer-provided health insurance 401(k) retirement plan Inbound, pre-qualified leads provided—no cold outreach required Defined growth path within a firm that recognizes and rewards results
