Job Description

El Chef del Restaurante supervisará la preparación de los alimentos y garantizará el control de calidad dentro de un pequeño equipo de cocina de 1 a 5 personas. Este puesto se centra en mantener altos estándares culinarios sin involucrarse en la fijación de precios del menú, presupuestos o atención directa al cliente.

Responsabilidades

- Preparar los platos según las recetas y estándares establecidos

- Mantener el control de calidad de todos los alimentos antes del servicio

- Supervisar y coordinar al personal de cocina de hasta cinco miembros

- Asegurar la limpieza y organización dentro de la cocina

Calificaciones Preferidas

- Conocimiento de prácticas de seguridad alimentaria y sanidad

- Buenas habilidades de manejo del tiempo

- Habilidades efectivas de comunicación

- Capacidad para manejar el estrés en un ambiente de ritmo rápido
