Exciting Opportunity in Urology! Our expanding Urology practice, consisting of 11 physicians and 6 mid-level providers, is looking for a new member to join our team along the beautiful South Carolina coast. This is a fantastic chance to inherit an established patient panel due to an upcoming retirement.

Practice Overview:

• Become part of the only Urology group in the region, supported by a well-known Primary Care network for referrals.
• Access to robotic surgical technology.
• Work schedule includes 3 days in the clinic, 1 day reserved for the operating room, and 1 day at the surgery center.
• Benefit from an exceptional support team with extensive knowledge and high retention rates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive base salary complemented by a productivity bonus, with earning potential ranging from $500,000 to $1,000,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance and generous time off: 17 PTO days, 10 holidays, 5 CME days, and 4 weeks of paid parental leave.
• Signing bonus of $50,000.
• Opportunity for partnership within 2 years, including an ASC buy-in option.
