Golf Shop Clerk

We are seeking a friendly and organized Golf Shop Clerk to join our team in Cashiers, NC. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with daily golf shop operations, and help create a welcoming environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain inventory by restocking merchandise and notifying management of low stock. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding tee times, merchandise, and services. Assist with organizing and preparing for golf events and tournaments. Keep the golf shop clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods responsibly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. Basic knowledge of golf and golf equipment is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
