You Have: 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods 5+ years of experience using low-code or no-code solutions for new applications, or generating and enhancing solutions for existing applications 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, or data mining 2+ years of experience using AI-powered solutions to enhance analytics and automation, with a mindset oriented toward the evolving future of international operations Experience with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization Experience delivering scalable solutions in data modeling, workflow automation, and predictive analytics Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Public Trust Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega, Appian, PowerApps, or OpenText Experience with process optimization methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement Experience with international mobility, immigration workflows, relocation planning, or SOFA requirements Possession of strong critical thinking and process optimization skills, including connecting technical solutions to broader business objectives Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills Master's degree Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
