Campus Location: 7251 W McCarty St, Indianapolis, IN 46241 Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday: Two days from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and two days from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturdays: One Saturday per month, unless otherwise specified or based on organizational needs. What You’ll Do This is a high-energy, high-impact role. You’ll own the full student journey — from the very first phone call to enrollment day — and you’ll do it with urgency, warmth, and a relentless drive to hit your goals. Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — and bring genuine enthusiasm to every interaction Assess each student’s goals and eligibility, then champion the program that fits them best Drive the full admissions cycle: inquiry, appointment setting, interviews, application completion, documentation, and enrollment Hit and exceed enrollment KPIs — outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and closing ratios — because you hold yourself to a high standard Follow up with persistence and care — life gets in the way for students; you don’t let a good fit slip through the cracks Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community events with the energy and pride of someone who truly believes in what we offer Who You Are We’re not just looking for someone who can do this job. The right person for this role: Gets genuinely excited about helping people — this isn’t just a talking point for you, it’s the reason you show up Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and brings positive energy to the team even on tough days Has a proven track record in sales or customer service — you know what it means to work toward a number and you take pride in hitting it Communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence across diverse audiences Takes initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do; you see what needs to happen and you make it happen Stays organized and follows through — prospective students are counting on you, and you don’t let them down Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree or higher preferred Experience Proven background in sales or customer service with measurable results against KPIs (conversion rates, outreach goals, closing ratios) 1+ year of admissions experience in a proprietary (for-profit) post-secondary educational setting preferred — but the right attitude and drive can go a long way Skills Strong written and verbal communication; ability to connect authentically with diverse student populations Excellent time management and multitasking in a high-volume, metric-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new CRM and enrollment management systems Flexible and available for occasional evenings and one Saturday per month What We Offer 401(k) and Matching: Secure your future with our competitive retirement savings plan.
