Pediatric Occupational Therapist - OT

Job Summary (List Format):
- Full-time Occupational Therapist position in Anchorage, Alaska at a reputable pediatric clinic
- Flexible scheduling: create your own hours as long as patient needs are met
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OT, Speech Therapy, and soon PT)
- Provide education and support to parents/guardians
- Conduct diagnostic and assessment services for pediatric clients
- Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Opportunity to move into a leadership role and work closely with clinic ownership
- Maintain consistent documentation and demonstrate strong organization skills
- Make appropriate referrals for additional services as needed
- Requires Master s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and AK license (or eligibility)
- Previous pediatric experience preferred
- Self-starter, creative, and detail-oriented candidates encouraged to apply
- Compensation includes salary/stipend and pay-per-session (potential $100K+ income)
- Benefits: paid training, PTO, paid holidays, professional development/travel allowance, therapy supply fund, health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) match, and free on-site childcare for ages 0-5
