Gynecologist — Manhattan fertility clinic. $350,000–$600,000 (DOE). New grads welcome.

A boutique-style fertility clinic in the heart of Manhattan is growing its team and hiring a Gynecologist. This is outpatient GYN care inside one of the most meaningful specialties in medicine — consultations, ultrasounds, pregnancy confirmations, and the routine procedures that carry real weight for the patients in front of you.

Compensation and benefits

• $350,000–$600,000 base, depending on experience
• Performance-based bonus on top
• Health, dental, and vision insurance — clinic covers 50% of the premium
• 4 weeks vacation (including holidays) plus 20 days PTO for anything else
• 7 paid federal holidays
• Full-time or part-time available

The role

• Handle outpatient GYN visits — consultations, ultrasounds, pap smears, blood work, and pregnancy confirmation
• Oversee medication administration
• Step in for colleagues' patients when coverage is needed — a genuinely team-based practice, not solo silos
• Provide call coverage on holidays and weekends as part of the rotation
• Supervise midlevel providers — real leadership scope, not just a clinical seat

What you need

• MD or DO with training in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active New York State medical license — or eligibility and willingness to obtain one
• New grads welcome to apply. 2 years of experience is preferred, not required.
• Proficiency in outpatient GYN procedures (ultrasound, pap smear, blood work, pregnancy confirmation) — or the readiness to build that proficiency inside a supportive team
• Able to work on-site in New York City
