Job Title: Commercial Assistant

Duration: 6+ months contract

Location: Plainsboro, NJ 08536

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle customer projections along with entering and following up in project management tools
• Coordinating activities with another functions including sampling for clients and consumer tests
• Manage all commercial data (MDM request, CMIRs, price and price conditions, M&L notices, product portfolio, and product submissions)
• Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions
• Handle daily administrative requests from the clients
• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction
• File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements
• Prepare analytics and reporting when needed by the account team
• Help account managers with demand planning, budget, etc.
• Manage the teams calendars, expenses, and travel when needed

Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)

Commercial assistant / administrative experience

Strong Microsoft skills
