Sales Operations Lead Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Responsible for managing prospecting tools and data sources, prioritizing opportunities and establishing meetings with key decision makers. Technology Management: Administering the sales technology stack, primarily CRM systems like Salesforce, to ensure data integrity. Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist with territory management, quota planning, and capacity planning to ensure sales goals are met. Process Optimization: Defining, documenting, and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows to increase productivity. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyzing sales funnel performance, creating dashboards, and providing insights to leadership for forecasting. Sales Enablement: Coordinating training, onboarding for new hires, and supporting sales enablement tools. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Construction, Technical Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth lead-to-cash operations. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support roles. Strong expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools. Ability to analyze large data sets to drive insights and forecasts. Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
