About the Role

The Company is seeking a Western Regional Vice President to join their team. This senior field role is pivotal in serving as a strategic partner to Principal Owners, Firms, and Financial Representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultative advice to enhance growth, productivity, and leadership development within the field distribution network. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, assisting with business planning, and influencing production outcomes. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in consulting on sales growth, a deep understanding of distribution economics, and the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships. The Western Regional Vice President will also play a central role in firm expansion, support strategic initiatives, and act as a key liaison between the field and home office. Applicants for the Western Regional Vice President position at the company should have a background in a field-based, firm, or financial services environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and productivity. The role requires a leader with a strong business acumen, the ability to navigate complex challenges, and a leadership style that aligns with the company's values.
