Qualifications: Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Board certification by the Certification Board for Music Therapists Special Knowledge/Skills: Effective/efficient oral and written communication Reliable transportation to/from work and between work-sites Efficient mobility within the work-site Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Ability to maintain accurate and auditable records General knowledge of computer systems and software applications Ability to serve as professional student supervisor Experience: Experience in pediatrics and/or the school setting desirable Major Responsibilities and Duties: Use evidence in practice, evaluation, data collection, documentation and recommendations. Evaluate to determine educational need for services. Provide intervention to support student participation and performance in accordance with state laws and/or professional standards. Document and maintain service-related records. Participate in professional growth activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
