Insurance defense Attorney - No fault litigation

Our client is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to handle no-fault litigation matters. Roles & Responsibilities Handle end-to-end civil litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents for insurance defense matters. Conduct discovery, depositions, court appearances, ADR proceedings, and trial-related preparation. Perform legal research, review medical records, and manage insurance coverage issues. Maintain client communications with corporations, motor carriers, insurance companies, and private clients across Michigan. Report directly to a named partner with 38 years' experience while managing caseload, client development, and firm administrative functions. Qualifications 2-3 years of no-fault litigation experience in insurance defense or civil litigation. Licensed Michigan attorney in good standing. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Experience in discovery practice, ADR, case management, and client relations. Ability to manage caseload, practice development, and client acquisition efforts.
