Accounting Associate

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to join our team and support our financial operations. Position Summary The Accounting Associate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting team with day-to-day activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and internal records Assist with daily cash reporting and deposits Maintain accurate financial documentation and filing systems Support month-end and year-end closing processes Assist with audits and financial reviews as needed Communicate with internal departments and external partners regarding financial matters Perform general administrative duties related to accounting Qualifications 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and/or NetSuite, an accounting software, is a plus.
