Compensation

100% Commission

Uncapped Income

Top producers have the potential to earn $150,000–$400,000+ annually.

Income is performance-based and there are no limits on what you can earn.

 

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners
• Conduct professional in-home solar consultations
• Educate customers on energy savings and financing options
• Build trust through honest recommendations
• Generate self-generated business and referrals
• Maintain excellent customer communication throughout the sales process
• Represent the SOLITO brand with integrity and professionalism

 

Qualifications

• California HIS Registration preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Goal-oriented and self-driven
