Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences?

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative to become the voice of our company.

At our company, we believe we are in the customer service business, not the property business. Our mission is to make every resident feel valued, supported, and cared for from the day they move in until the day they move out.

Primary Responsibilities

* Welcome all new residents with a friendly move-in phone call.

* Conduct scheduled resident follow-up calls

* Build lasting relationships by making residents feel like family and reminding them that we’re always just one phone call away.

* Listen carefully to resident concerns and ensure every interaction is positive, professional, and caring.

* Identify maintenance concerns during follow-up calls and immediately communicate them to the maintenance department for prompt resolution.

* Follow up to ensure maintenance requests have been completed and residents are satisfied.

* Send birthday cards, Christmas cards, and other customer appreciation correspondence.

* Document all resident interactions in the property management software.

* Assist with resident questions, concerns, and service requests.

* Communicate with property managers and maintenance staff to ensure excellent customer service.

* Help improve resident satisfaction and encourage lease renewals through exceptional service.

Qualifications

* Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

* Positive, caring, and professional attitude.

* Excellent phone etiquette.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Organized and able to manage multiple follow-up schedules.

* Comfortable using computers and property management software (AppFolio experience is a plus).

* Ability to work independently while being a team player.

* Problem-solving mindset with a desire to help others.

* Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

* High school diploma or equivalent.
