Physician Pediatrics - Competitive Salary

Job Description Pediatric Opportunity Location: Berlin, NH *Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric• Integrated Pediatric Role: Position is integrated within the Family Medicine clinic, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary primary care team.• Schedule: Full-time position with 32–40 hours per week. Option for a four-day work week with four 8–9 hour shifts.• Compensation:Pediatrician: Approximately $250,000 – $275,000 annually.• No Call Requirements: No night or weekend call responsibilities.• Collaborative Care Model: Access to Integrated Behavioral Health services to support comprehensive pediatric care.• CME Support: $3,600 CME allowance plus one week of CME leave annually.• EMR System: Utilizes AthenaOne electronic medical record system.• Benefits Package: Competitive benefits including combined paid time off, retirement match, health and dental insurance, and short-term disability coverage.• Malpractice Coverage: Provided as part of the employment package.• Loan Repayment Eligibility: Opportunity to participate in federal and state student loan repayment programs.
