Role Overview As a Multiline Representative, you will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive new business. This role combines relationship‑building with a strong focus on sales production and account growth. Success in this role is measured by activity, customer engagement, and overall contribution to agency growth.
