Director of Product Management – Direct Hire
Ready to lead the future of switchgear innovation? We're looking for an experienced Director of Product Management to drive product strategy, work directly with customers, and turn market needs into scalable, manufacturable solutions.
Direct Hire
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000/year
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for switchgear solutions.
- Partner with customers, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to develop innovative products.
- Translate customer needs into product strategy and R&D priorities.
- Support complex customer applications and technical solutions.
- Drive product improvements that increase manufacturability and market success.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience in low- or medium-voltage switchgear, power distribution, or related industries.
- Background in Product Management, Sales Engineering, or technical leadership.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, manufacturing, and customer-driven product development.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
