VP Operations

Oversee the overall operation of multiple accounts or a significant multi-site account generating approximately $100M+ in revenue Drive operational efficiency, revenue, margin, and client retention across the account portfolio Ensure operational excellence and identify innovative services and solutions for client requirements Develop and maintain the overall operations strategy, priorities, and direction for the area Manage sales, finance, human resources, customer service, and full P&L accountability Drive new sales growth within the existing client base Ensure exceptional customer service delivery Develop and execute short- and long-term operational strategies with senior team members Lead and manage a productive, motivated team through communication, empowerment, rewards, and coaching Collaborate with Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Compliance, business unit leaders, and stakeholders Inspire change and implement new business processes Requirements Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 10-12 years of progressive responsibility and successful experience in general management with full P&L responsibility Experience in the food, facilities, or retail service sector preferred Proven leadership and experience managing effective, high-level client relationships Broad knowledge of management practices Business analysis and project management skills Ability to understand complex global businesses and set overall strategy Business acumen to communicate and work with executives Strong business planning skills Ability to manage numerous projects and resources remotely in a highly dispersed organization Ability to select top talent and create a productive environment promoting initiative, innovation, continuous learning, and leadership development Excellent communication and presentation skills for clients, front-line managers, and C-level leaders Core Competencies Demonstrates extensive experience in general management with full P&L accountability, driving operational efficiency and client retention across multi-site accounts.
