This is a great job with part-time flexibility. Alternating weekend availability A MUST!

Job Summary:
Provide compassionate home care to our clients in their homes. Be a good team member. Be reliable.

Home Health Aide responsibilities include:

* Assist with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing and grooming
* Assist with household tasks, such as laundry, light housekeeping and meal preperation
* Provide companionship and engage in activities that bring joy to the clients day
* Monitor and report any changes in the clients condition or behavior
* Work closely with our team and the clients family memebrs and health care providers to ensure seamless care

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Experience caring for seniors 
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and meal preperation
• Ability to effectively interact with clients, families, and the FirstLight team
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and maintain valid auto insurance
• Ability to read and follow instructions
• Ability to effectively communicate through written and verbal means
