Our practice offices are part of a multi-specialty medical group with nearly 1,000 physicians and advanced practitioners serving patients across more than 60 locations in Western Massachusetts.* MAIV - (Internal career ladder) Minimum of two years as an MA III at Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies for promotion to MA IV. Graduate of an accredited MA program and registered/certified by a third-party credential body.- MAI - Graduate of an accredited MA program preferred **OR**demonstrated competencies of MA I (evaluated by hiring manager) with minimum 1 year experience in a medical office.- MAII - Graduate of an accredited MA program **OR** demonstrated competencies of MA II (evaluated by hiring manager for level hiring for) with minimum 3 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting.- MAIII - Graduate of an accredited MA program with a minimum of 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting preferred **OR** demonstrated competencies of MA III (evaluated by hiring manager) with a minimum of 5 years' current relevant medical assistant experience in a medical practice setting **OR** minimum of two years as an MA II at a Baystate Health with demonstrated competencies of MA III.**Benefits That Support You**- **Competitive Pay & Benefits:** Medical, dental, and vision coverage, including local Health New England plans. #J-18808-Ljbffr Baystate Health
