Retail Store Manager

Total Compensation: $70,000–$90,000+ annually (base salary + commission) What we’re looking for: 18 years of age or older Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 2+ years of retail leadership experience, with wireless or technology experience preferred. Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Leadership experience in a commission-based sales environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location. Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond. Are you comfortable regularly coaching and developing team members on the sales floor? * Are you comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment where priorities, promotions, and customer demands change frequently throughout the day? * This role includes participating in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members.
