Sr. IT Specialist

Analyze and troubleshoot ERP (Preferably SAP) system issues related to Logistics and Supply Chain processes, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption. Collaborate with Business Process Owners (BPOs) and SMEs to gather and document detailed business requirements for system enhancements and new projects. Assist in the functional design and configuration of ERP (Preferably SAP) solutions, focusing on optimizing system performance and user experience. Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Perform system testing and validation for changes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and functional specifications. Collaborate with IT teams to implement system integrations and ensure smooth data flow across applications. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to support knowledge transfer and compliance. Support training initiatives for end-users to enhance system adoption and utilization. Key Knowledge/Skills/ Experience Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field with 5+ years of relevant IT experience in a supply chain or logistics context. Hands‑on experience in supporting ERP (preferably SAP) solutions, particularly in Logistics and Supply Chain modules. Strong understanding of End‑to‑End Business processes, including integration points across various applications. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements. Familiarity with project methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile, with experience in participating in project teams. Knowledge of best practices in IT service support, service delivery, and change control processes. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non‑technical stakeholders. A proactive approach to learning about emerging technologies and industry standards.
