Digital Strategy Manager, AI-Driven Support Experience

MNTN seeks a Digital Strategy Manager - Support Experience to elevate how customers interact with our support team. You will analyze conversations, define automation, and align with Product and Engineering to fix issues at the source. You’ll shape a proactive, data-driven approach that scales with our growth and keeps the human, brand-first touch intact. You'll own CSAT metrics, lead an insights program, and partner with Revenue, Platform Experience, and Engineering to drive AI deflection and #J-18808-Ljbffr MNTN
