Administer medications, manage IV therapies, and support telemetry monitoring as needed. Collaborate with physicians, other RNs, and the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in the electronic health record. Support discharge planning and patient/family education on procedures, medications, and post‑discharge care. Ensure patient safety, adherence to policies, and timely escalation of concerns. Requirements Current, active Registered Nurse license to practice in Maine. ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications required. Previous Medical‑Surgical nursing experience is required. Telemetry experience preferred. Ability to work the night shift and comply with the Maine flu vaccination mandate.
