As a Hospital Clinical Educator at Encompass Health, you will advance clinical excellence in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will design, deliver, and evaluate staff education, competencies, and onboarding to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Partnering with an interdisciplinary team, you will assess learning needs, lead skills training, support regulatory and accreditation readiness, and mentor nurses and therapists. You will promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement, supporting clinical initiatives that enhance patient outcomes and staff engagement across the hospital.
