Senior Software Engineer

Senior Software Engineer Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456 Responsibilities Develop code based on business and functional requirements following the Agile process. Produce high‑quality code that meets all project deadlines and matches the required functionality. Analyze and resolve issues discovered during testing or pre‑production phases, coordinating changes with project leaders and cross‑team members. Provide technical support to project teammates and answer inquiries about errors or program questions. Interact with architects, technical leads, team members, and project managers to address technical and scheduling issues. Suggest and implement process improvements for development and testing estimation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of post‑baccalaureate experience with an application‑development organization. Demonstrated experience delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation. Five (5) years of experience designing, developing, deploying, and configuring cloud‑native applications and creating microservices with REST/JSON, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Java, and UI web frameworks. Proficiency with ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA) and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server). Experience with unstructured data persistence models such as MongoDB and Snowflake. Hands‑on experience with DevOps toolsets for versioning and containers (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins). Knowledge of event/data streaming platforms such as Kafka.
