Customer Care Representative Details:

• Temporary position
• $16.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 06:00pm )

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions and update account information in company systems.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a positive customer experience while meeting quality and performance standards.

Customer Care Representative Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings, including a background check
