Product Researcher

We are currently seeking a Product Researcher to support our client's innovation through hands-on laboratory experimentation, prototype development, consumer research, and data-driven problem solving.


Location: Mason, OH (Onsite)
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (W2)
Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hour


Key Responsibilities:

• Execute laboratory testing, prototype assembly, and product evaluations following established SOPs.
• Collect, analyze, and document qualitative and quantitative research data.
• Support technical problem-solving and product development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and project documentation.
• Utilize systems and tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and internal R&D platforms.
• Collaborate with scientists, researchers, and cross-functional teams to improve product performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field or relevant laboratory/research experience.
• Experience following protocols, SOPs, and documenting experimental results.
• Solid data analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with consumer testing (qualitative or quantitative research).
• Knowledge of JMP, EPASS, ELN/Nexus, Enovia, or similar R&D systems.
