Key Responsibilities: 

● Conduct outreach via cold call/emails to 

departments that are ideal targets for 

mobile clinics 

● Plan and execute email marketing 

campaigns to nurture leads, retain 

customers, and drive conversions. 

● Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. 

● Utilize market insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics 

● Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and materials. 

● Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand guidelines. 

● Arrange a location for the mobile clinic with the point of contact, ensure that the space is adequate and ensures privacy. 

● Reach KPI goals on a daily and weekly basis 

● Uphold all marketing related SOP’s 

● Visit the location in person to ensure the space is adequate, if necessary. ●Coordinate with management logistical processes in a timely manner leading up to clinical date. 

● Ensure that there is an adequate amount of pre registrations into the mobile clinic to render our services (25 pre registrations). 

● Visit the clinic the day of the mobile clinic to ensure the operation is running smoothly, and create a relationship with the POC. 

● Create a summary report in conclusion of the mobile clinic to share with management. 

● Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

● Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

● Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently 

● Persistence and resilience in handling rejection and overcoming objections.

● Knowledge of the product or service being offered and the industry. 
● Self-motivated and driven 

● Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
