AZ Certified Caregiver | Highgate Senior Living – Flagstaff, AZ

Compensation: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

About the role

Help residents live with purpose each day through whole‑person support.

Provide physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect.

What you’ll do

· Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

· Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagement

· Observe and report changes; document per policy

· Uphold infection control and safety procedures

· Support dining, hydration, and restorative activities

Skills & attributes

· Compassion, patience, and professionalism

· Clear communication; problem‑solving

· Adaptability; teamwork; willingness to learn

· Interest in dementia‑support techniques

Relatable experience

· Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving roles

· Hospitality/healthcare/customer service

Qualifications

· At least 18 years of age

· Current AZ Certified Caregiver license

· Current negative TB test; background check clearance

· CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
