We engineer solutions.We're entering our next chapter and looking for a sales leader who wants to build something, not just manage it.The RoleYou will own the commercial strategy for Abbott Interfast. This is not a figurehead position. You will set the direction, build the team, and drive revenue across our OEM, distributor, and end-user channels.Develop and execute a national sales strategy across all channelsBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organizationIdentify and capture growth across our diversified OEM customer base spanning 30+ industriesOwn pricing strategy, margin management, and key account relationshipsWork directly with ownership to shape company directionPartner with Abbott Metal Werks to grow our domestic manufacturing pipelineRepresent Abbott at industry events, trade shows, and with key accounts
