Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Physical Therapist specialized in inpatient care at a facility in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position involves providing therapy services for adult and geriatric patient populations within an acute care setting, focusing on post-operative recovery, mobility, and rehabilitation. The role requires a dedicated professional to support interdisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid NM license (pending approval acceptable with an ETA of 2-3 weeks), 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist in inpatient settings, BLS certification, experience with adult and geriatric patient populations, proficiency in charting systems (any system acceptable)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, or related environments
• Additional Information: The position involves supporting patients with orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, and post-stroke rehabilitation. The facility offers interdisciplinary support, including physical therapy, and expects potential floating to like units as needed. Orientation hours total 24, with modules completed onsite during orientation. Labs must be completed within 48 business hours after contract signing.
