Resolve member issues and concerns, promote Sam's Club products and services. Guide members regarding self‑service technology, process purchases, payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges per company policies. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe situations to facility management. Assist with merchandise handling, zoning, organization, and identification of shrink and damages. Maintain entrance and exit areas, verify memberships, secure assets by observing potential criminal activity. Maintain paperwork, logs, documentation, and execute emergency response procedures. Train new associate members, teach new technology, deliver program rollout training, provide continuous learning opportunities. Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, recommend improvements, and adapt to change.
